welding done! fertig geschweisst!

As the body was in real good shape, the required welding was minimal, today I finished everything:
This is what I started with, the inner repair patch was made and welded in:
So habe ich angefangen, das innere Reparaturblech angefertigt und eingeschweisst:

Then I fabricated the outer repair panel as well ...Dann habe ich das äussere Blech angefertigt:

welded in and grounded flush...  eingeschweisst und verschliffen:

and finished it with a slight layer of zinc spray ... zum Schluss Zinkspray als Rostschutz:
